These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Flowaze website and services, including the purchase and download of digital templates.By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Flowaze provides a marketplace where users can browse, purchase, and download website templates created for the Webflow platform. All templates available on Flowaze are digital products intended for use within Webflow projects.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

  • You will use the website in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Purchases and Payments

All payments made on Flowaze are securely processed through Stripe.
By purchasing a template, you agree that:

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be completed before access to the template is granted.

  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees required by your jurisdiction.

Flowaze does not store or process credit card information directly.

4. Digital Product Delivery

After a successful purchase, you will receive access to the purchased template through the website or via email instructions.

Because our products are digital downloads, delivery is considered complete once access to the template has been provided.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
However, refunds may be considered in limited circumstances, such as:

  • The template cannot be accessed or downloaded.

  • The product is significantly different from its description.

  • A technical issue prevents use of the template and cannot be resolved.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of our templates is strictly prohibited.

8. Account Responsibility
